Payment Policies
Payment Policy
Full payment is due at check-in. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. A pre-authorization may be taken for incidentals.
Accepted Payment Methods
- We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, bank transfers for corporate bookings, and online payments.
Reservation Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit (percentage to be specified) is required at booking and applied to your total.
Full Payment
- Full payment is due at check-in. Prepaid guests must show proof of payment.
Cancellation and Refunds
- More than a specified number of days before arrival: full refund minus deposit. Within the specified number of days: no refunds.
Incidental Charges
- A hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in for incidentals, released at checkout if no additional charges occur.
Taxes and Service Charges
- Rates include applicable taxes and service charges.
Currency
- Transactions are processed in the specified currency. Guests are responsible for any currency exchange fees.
Disputes
- For payment disputes, contact guest services for resolution within the specified number of business days.
