Payment Policy

Full payment is due at check-in. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. A pre-authorization may be taken for incidentals.

 

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

    • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, bank transfers for corporate bookings, and online payments.
  2. Reservation Deposit

    • A non-refundable deposit (percentage to be specified) is required at booking and applied to your total.
  3. Full Payment

    • Full payment is due at check-in. Prepaid guests must show proof of payment.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds

    • More than a specified number of days before arrival: full refund minus deposit. Within the specified number of days: no refunds.
  5. Incidental Charges

    • A hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in for incidentals, released at checkout if no additional charges occur.
  6. Taxes and Service Charges

    • Rates include applicable taxes and service charges.
  7. Currency

    • Transactions are processed in the specified currency. Guests are responsible for any currency exchange fees.
  8. Disputes

    • For payment disputes, contact guest services for resolution within the specified number of business days.
